About Me
I am an undergraduate student at SJSU studying to become a physical therapist. The reason I started personal training was to train friends and family.
Not only seeing their physical changes but also their mental improvement (confidence, focus, energy, etc.) is what showed me that I could help a lot of people, not only in the gym but in their daily lives!
Credentials:
- Current pursuit of Bachelors (B.A.) in Kinesiology: Rehab Science Focus
- National Association of Sport Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer
- Participant in Health Occupations Students of America (HOSA) competition for Sports Medicine and Physical Therapy
- 2 years experience personal training with 24 Hour Fitness
- 5+ years personal workout experience

Rob is a very good trainer. When I started training with Rob I was just out of a car accident few months ago and still suffering from some pain in my neck and trap muscles. He tailored the workout such that I wouldn’t hurt myself any more and got the best out of myself.
